Pharmacy Director

BAN Pharmacy Director, Armand Dilanchian, R.Ph is a clinically trained pharmacist with over 22 years of experience in managed care and Pharmacy Benefit Management and is currently President and CEO of Integrated Health Concepts (IHC), a national pharmacy benefit consulting firm. Armand received his degree from the University of Utah, College of Pharmacy where he also served as clinical adjunct faculty for three years. He has held the position of Director of Pharmacy Services for FHP Healthcare and PacifiCare of Texas. He also served as the Vice President of Pharmacy and Provider Network for Physician Health Plan of Texas.

In his capacity, Armand has been responsible for managing the quality and cost efficiency of the overall Pharmacy Benefit program for both fully insured and ASO clients. He has also served as the chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee for some of those health plans. In addition to BAN’s semi-annual conferences Armand has presented at numerous national programs for pharmacists and benefits professionals and has published a number of articles in industry journals.
